Security & Responsible Use Policy

We work to protect information through restricted administration, secure sessions, input validation, private file storage, backups and other safeguards appropriate to this application.

Your responsibilities

Submit only information needed for service. Do not upload credentials, alarm codes, payment-card data, government identifiers, malware or content you are not authorized to provide. Protect private quote and payment links.

Prohibited activity

Unauthorized access, credential testing, vulnerability scanning without written permission, denial-of-service activity, malicious uploads, bypassing controls and accessing another customer’s information are prohibited.

Reporting a concern

Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to orlandito8a@gmail.com. Include the affected page, date, clear description and safe reproduction steps. Do not access more information than necessary, modify records, disrupt service or publicly disclose an unresolved issue. This policy does not grant authorization to test the system.

Incident response

We will evaluate credible reports, preserve relevant records, contain confirmed issues and provide legally required notices when applicable. We cannot promise a particular response time or reward.

No absolute guarantee

Reasonable safeguards reduce risk but cannot eliminate every threat. Customers should also secure their devices, email accounts and shared links.
